**2. Product Guarantee**
All Sales Are Final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer's remorse.
Each engine has its own specific warranty period. If an issue arises, the engine must be returned to us for a full diagnostic inspection. If an internal failure covered under warranty is found, a replacement of equal or lesser value will be provided.
**3. Modification of Drivetrain**
Any modifications or alterations to the drivetrain can result in the voiding of the 90-day guarantee. The determination of what constitutes an alteration or modification is solely at the discretion of EngineSwapSupply.com.
**4. Inspection Fees**
If it is determined that the cause of the drivetrain failure is due to user error, an inspection fee will be applied. The cost of this fee will be communicated to you prior to the inspection.
**5. Warranty Remediation**
Depending on the nature and extent of the failure or damage, warranties will either be remedied by repair or replacement with an engine or drivetrain of equal value. In certain cases, the customer may be given the option to upgrade their product at a discounted rate.
**6. Exclusions**
Please note that manual transmissions and any corresponding parts are not covered under our warranty policy. If you have any questions about what is or is not covered, please contact us prior to making a purchase.
**7. Final Sales**
All Sales Are Final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for buyer's remorse.

Standard Parts: If there is clear shipping damage or a verifiable manufacturing flaw upon delivery, we will offer a replacement of the damaged component upon verification.

Engines & Drivetrains: All engine and drivetrain sales are strictly final, though they are guaranteed to be in good working order and inspected prior to shipment.

Warranty Claims: Each engine has its own specific warranty period. If an issue arises, the engine must be returned to us for a full diagnostic inspection. If an internal failure covered under warranty is found, a replacement of equal or lesser value will be provided.

User/Installation Error: If our inspection finds that a problem was due to installation error, improper tuning, modification, neglect, or customer fault, no replacement will be offered. In this event, you will be billed for the inspection labor, and the engine will be shipped back to you at your expense.
**8. Transaction Fees**
A 3% fee will be added to all transactions made with a credit or debit card. This fee will be calculated based on the total cost of your purchase, including shipping and taxes.
**9. Shipping and Delivery**
Due to the custom nature of our builds and the complexities of automotive supply chains, shipping times vary heavily based on parts availability. By purchasing from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following estimated lead times:

Standard Engine Pullouts: Typically ship within 6 to 8 weeks.

Upgraded Engines & Swap Packages: Can take up to 120 days to ship.

Individual Parts: Can take up to 90 days to ship depending on manufacturer availability. These timeframes are estimates. Supply chain fluctuations or quality control testing may extend these windows.
**10. Changes to Terms & Conditions**
EngineSwapSupply.com reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
